No matter if you are using WordPress or Shopify or blogger you can design favicon online for free.

We are going to use 2 types of websites that are favicon online maker free of cost.

1. Letter Favicon for Website

This is the most common and professional favicon used by internet users these days.

Open Favicon3website that allows favicon letter to design in the form of Box, Square, and circle.

Write the text that you want to appear on your favicon.

Do this depending upon your website niche for Example: -

If your website is related to Traveling you can select "T" or also you can select the first letter of your name.

Select the text color in the second box and box background color in the third box.

Check the preview that appears at the top of all the favicon design navigation menu.

Select the type of font that you want to give to your letter and check if it best fits in your square or circle.

Select the size of the text entered in the box at the bottom and the last option.

If you are using 2 letters check for the size 75 - 80 depending upon letter font.

Once your letter favicon design is final, download and save this on your computer.

2. Image Favicon for the website

The second method to generate favicon is by Uploading images.

If you have prepared an image of yours that you want to upload it on your website as favicon follow this website.

Open the Favicon Image website4and now upload the image that you want to use as your favicon.

This website only generates and provides you a direct favicon in the form of an image.

If you have to make changes on that image like make it animated and all you have to prepare it and keep.

If you want to make your image animated visit cartoonized.net and then make an image favicon.

This is more beneficial and professional with an animated favicon rather than choosing normal images.

If you are using Blogger Blog then open your blogger dashboard and select settings.

Now select favicon option & choose your prepared design of favicon and save.

The size of favicon that you are using for your blogger should be less than 100 kb.

Do not worry both the websites I have written about provide you favicon size less than 100 kb auto-download.

Do not get panic if you try to load your blogger page and the favicon does not appear at your window.

This is because it may take a time of a couple of days depending upon your articles.
